Our Team

David is the founder of KOM Projects. He has over 25 years of experience in the Consulting and Construction Industry having worked on as a Senior Executive and Regional Manager for a major ASX listed consultancy in Australia.  In addition to this David has held Senior Executive positions and managed businesses in Singapore, India and Vietnam, David has a wealth of management experience and proven capability of building and maintaining client focused, result driven consulting businesses.

David has undertaken major projects across Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Vietnam and India.  Over the years David has been exposed to a variety of complex projects covering a diverse range of sectors including Master Planning, Luxury Hotels, Clubs, Casinos, Retail Malls, Education, Industrial, Mulit-storey Residential and Commercial projects.

David has a unique blend of working experience in Consulting Engineering (HVAC), D&C Building and Client-side Project Management, this blend of experience provides Clients with the best possible advice and technical understanding on all elements of a project.
